The Q-COVER TWO turns-in two sides in one pass, folds the corners and presses the cover. The other two sides are turned-in with a second pass, output on table or to the operator.

For short run production of book covers, binders and paper-over-board items. Consisting of a gluing unit for hot and cold glue, vacuum feeding belt, paper and board spotting guides, light box for cover spine centering, a turning-in unit using rigid teflon coated pressurised plates and nip-rollers.
